1. Introduction & Acceptance

2. Definitions

The Website serves as a platform to display vehicles available at Autozone and to facilitate communication with customers. Any request submitted through the Website is not considered a binding sales contract until confirmed by the branch, the official sales contract is signed, and payment and registration procedures are completed.
5. Prices & Offers
All displayed prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to modify prices, offers, and specifications at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are valid according to the duration and conditions specified for each offer and subject to stock availability.
6. Financing
Autozone provides financing services through partnerships with banks and finance companies licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Financing approval is subject to the financing entity’s assessment and eligibility criteria, and Autozone does not guarantee approval.
7. Payment
Payment is accepted through Company-approved methods (cash, bank transfer, or approved financing). Any cash payment exceeding regulatory limits will not be accepted. An official VAT invoice is issued for every sale transaction.
8. Delivery & Registration
The vehicle is delivered after full payment and completion of all regulatory documentation. The Customer is responsible for completing ownership transfer and registration within the legally required timeframe. Any fees or penalties resulting from delays are borne by the Customer.
9. Warranty & After-Sales Service
Warranty is provided in accordance with the terms of each brand’s agent or manufacturer, with duration and conditions specified in the warranty documents accompanying the vehicle. Autozone bears no liability outside the scope of the stated warranty.
10. Returns & Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are subject to the provisions of the KSA E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations. Once the vehicle has been delivered and ownership transferred, the Customer has no right to return the vehicle except in cases of documented material defects.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including logos, images, text, designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Balubaid Automotive Company and is protected under intellectual property laws. Reproduction, copying, or use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
12. User Conduct
Users undertake not to use the Website for any unlawful or harmful purposes, not to attempt to hack or compromise the security of the Website, and not to submit false or misleading data.
13. Limitation of Liability
Autozone shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website, service interruptions, or technical errors. Information displayed is for guidance purposes and subject to final confirmation by the branch.
14. Force Majeure
